What is Bulk Scheduler?
The Bulk Scheduler automatically schedules ALL unscheduled sales orders at once, saving you hours of manual work. It intelligently assigns orders to production lines based on your chosen optimization strategy.
How to Use:
  1. Select an optimization strategy that fits your priorities
  2. Set the maximum number of orders to schedule (for safety)
  3. Click "Schedule All Orders" button
  4. Review the results and scheduled orders
Optimization Strategies:
  • Minimize Delays: Prioritizes urgent orders with earliest delivery dates
  • Maximize Capacity: Fills production lines to maximum utilization
  • Balance Workload: Distributes orders evenly across all production lines
  • Minimize Changeovers: Groups similar products/customers to reduce setup time
